By creating an account or using the VulneraX platform ("Service"), operated by Madar Digital Investment ("Madar," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
VulneraX provides cybersecurity assessment and monitoring capabilities including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing coordination, security operations monitoring, threat intelligence, digital forensics case management, breach and attack simulation, and an AI-assisted security analyst tool, delivered as a subscription service.
You may only use scanning, testing, and simulation features against assets you own or have documented authorization to test. Madar may require proof of ownership/authorization (e.g., domain verification) before certain features activate. Using the Service against unauthorized targets is a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended for all accounts, required for internal staff accounts.
Where a feature's output is simulated, self-declared, or produced by a fallback mechanism rather than a direct real-world measurement, the Service will label it as such rather than presenting it as an equivalent, unqualified finding. This is a design commitment, not merely marketing language.
Fees are billed in accordance with the plan you select at checkout, denominated in Omani Rial (OMR) inclusive of applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. See your account's Billing page for current plan details and invoice history.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. Madar processes this data, including for AI-assisted features, entirely within its private cloud infrastructure; AI inference uses a locally-hosted language model and does not transmit customer data to third-party AI providers.

Either party may terminate the subscription per the terms of the applicable order form. Madar may suspend access immediately for a material breach of Section 3 (Authorized Use Only).
